I’ve noticed that my best ideas don’t come when I’m looking for them. They come in the in-between moments — the walk between buildings, the pause before sleep, the first few seconds after the rain stops.
Creativity, for me, isn’t something I can force. It’s something I have to make space for. And space, in our loud world, is becoming harder and harder to find.
That’s why nature matters so much to my process. The mountains, the forests, the ocean — they don’t ask anything of you. They just exist. And in that existence, they give you permission to simply be. To listen. To notice.
My next few songs are born from this understanding. From mornings spent walking and evenings spent listening. I can’t wait to share them with you.
